HISTORY
From its beginnings in 1977, Hudson Opera Theatre has produced opera (Aïda, Il Barbieri di Siviglia, Carmen, La Bohème, Samson et Dalila, Dialogues of the Carmelites), concerts (The End of the World, Jewels, And the Band Played On, Romeo & Juliet, Beethoven's Fifth, Sixth and Seventh), oratorio (Israel in Egypt, Messiah, Elijah, Mozart Requiem, Brahms Requiem, Verdi Requiem), classical theatre (Romeo and Juliet, Taming of the Shrew, A Midsummer Night's Dream, School for Scandal, The Importance of Being Ernest), and Broadway (Man of La Mancha, Fiddler on the Roof, Chess, Amadeus, Jesus Christ Superstar) to name but a few! In the fullness of time, we hope to have all of them listed on these pages, but, at the moment, it is a work in progress...
